Went to the dentists today, which was my first check-up and clean in over a year. I usually go every six months but this past year I just haven't gotten around to it. It is normally the case that at each 6 month check-up i get at least one filling, so I was expecting today, after not going in over a year, i would require multiple fillings.

Had indoor soccer again today. I'm actually really starting to enjoy playing it, i have really missed playing soccer.

Today's game was interesting in that the team we played against started really well, but after we took a two goal lead (to be honest) against the run-of-play, it seemed to piss them off a bit. After that they got, lets say... really physical, to put it politely.

Uni marks for semester 2 2004 were just put up on SI-net. (The results do not become 'official' till the 1st)

Well this semester I surprised even myself. I've always said that I get the best marks when i'm convinced that i have a significant chance of failing a course, and this semester was no exception.

I'm a bit nervously waiting for the release of my uni marks for this semester. Although they are due to be released on the 1st of December, they are usually available to view at least a few days prior to the official release date (although the uni states that the results do not become "official" until the release date, but they never change).

Apparently Telstra printed some ads in the papers on Monday congratulating Australian Idol winner Casey Donovan, including a link to her official website.

The thing is, is that Telstra printed the wrong link:

They printed the incorrect link of http://www.caseydonovan.com, whereas the correct link was: http://www.caseydonovan.com.au (note the '.au').

What was funny is that they incorrect link they printed was actually a gay porn site!

I believe Telstra had temporarily negotiated with the owners of the porn site to display a Telstra splash page that will redirect most people to the correct Casey Donovan site for at least … Read more →

The last few days have been a little interesting and a little strange. Saturday night went to Church, and afterwards we went and ate at the kebab place in West End with the guys from Church, where we had some in depth conversations about break-ups, divorce, relationships, God, and really a lot of things.

Went and saw The Forgotten last night. I've really got to say that i wish i could forget having seen that movie. What started off as a very promising psychological thriller turned out to be a piece of garbage! As you might be able to tell, i'm holding back saying why it turned out to be a piece of crap, because if i did tell you I would spoil the how the movie turns out for all those who actually want to go see it.
My recommendation is: don't see it, it's not worth the time or money.
