Just finished watching Who Wants to be a Millionaire and saw a 36 year old graphic artist win the million bucks, the first in Australia. Apparently a clairvoyant told him he was going to win a lot of money five years ago, maybe that's why he was so reckless answering the last two questions he didn't have much of an idea on. Very lucky.
This win was still not as good as the American guy a few years back who used his phone-a-friend lifeline on the million-dollar question to tell his dad: "Um, I don't really need your help, I just wanted to let you know that I'm going to win the million dollars", and then subsequently answered the question and won it. But it's pretty hard to top that.
In other news, I am sick. I have just gotten a cold and my nose was running all day at work today. I hate having a runny nose, I would rather have a splitting headache than a runny nose, I find a runny nose much more irritating and inconvenient.
According to my blog the last time I was sick was in February. (Note that that was the last time i was sick, not injured... hehe)
Today I stumbled upon a few geeky amusing things:
Go to Google, and type in the word 'failure' and hit the I'm Feeling Lucky button (this automatically takes you to the first search result). Funny ay?
Other ones to try are: 'anti-war peace protesters', 'miserable failure', and 'french military victories'.
