So another year passes in the blink of an eye. It's been a relatively big year for us: moving into our finished house and the overseas trip were the biggest standouts (I miss Disneyland already :(), not to mention the complete overhaul of this very website.

Here's the highlights of 2012's blog posts:

• New Year & Coin Collecting: I got the vasiloptia coin this year; not sure if it made a difference or not!
• The Return of a Legend: Henry: Probably one of the best Arsenal highlights of the year.

February

• Moving In: Moving into our finished house and watching Arsenal pummel Spurs 5-2 for the first time of the year.

March

•  Windows 8 Beta: Upcoming MS Disaster: My traditional preview of upcoming Microsoft OSs continued with this particularly scathing view of Windows 8 (and it looks like I'm turning out to be right...)
• Mass Effect 3: Epic Gaming, Epic Ending Disappointments: Probably the gaming event of the year, and my reaction to the initial ending.

April

• To WordPress Or Not To WordPress?: A good history of this blog on the previous platform, and me mulling over converting it to WordPress (which it is on now).
• The Avengers: Expectations Met: My review of one of the bigger movies of this year.

May

June

• LucasCosti.com Overhaul & Welcome to WordPress: A complete overhaul of this website, as well as moving this blog onto the WordPress platform. A big event for this blog to say the least :).
• Media back-step: The Rise of the Paywall: A good rant on the erection of paywalls around news websites.
• Mass Effect 3 Extended Cut – My Thoughts: A review on EA's 'extended cut' of the original disastrous Mass Effect 3 ending.

July

• Euro 2012 Summary: My quick summary of this year's major football tournament.
• Transforming Tablets: Getting a tablet, and my views on tablets in general.
• The Increasing Nicheness of Web Development: A good rant on how web-design has changed over the years since I started this website.
