Day 26 of NaBloPoMo 2007

Today I received my copy of Crysis that i ordered from Hong Kong. I ordered the 'Special Edition' if the game, which in Australia is in a cool 'Steelbook' case, but sadly the Hong Kong version, despite having the same contents, didn't come similarly packaged :(. There's something about Steelbook cases that is so cool...

I've played through the first stage (again; the demo was the same stage), and for some reason a really enjoyed it more this time around. I think i'm overusing the cloaking suit function, but it's so cool being able to sneak up behind unsuspecting troops to attack them, and then seeing the shock and surprise on their faces when you do.

I think i'm really going to enjoy Crysis. The graphics are absolutely out of this world. My beefy computer can only manage it on 'High' (there's a 'Very High' setting), but i don't really feel like i'm missing out on anything.

Dammit, i've also just got an email saying that my copy of Unreal Tournament III was just shipped, and last week I gave into temptation and pre-ordered Super Mario Galaxy which is released this week.

I've got a lot of gaming to do, February is going to be so depressing once it's all over... (save for Super Smash Bros Brawl 🙂 ).

I'm going to be so broke...
