I'm Lucas Costi, and I live in Brisbane, Australia.
Over the years I have embraced my geek-side for both work and play. I work as a technical writer, but I have dabbled in almost everything IT-related: from database and application development, to support and administration, to web design and more.
I love most things Sci-Fi (Star Wars tragic), am an ardent gamer and Lego enthusiast, and I follow internet and pop-culture. I also follow football ('soccer' for all the people who name it wrongly), particularly the English Premier League as I am a fanatical Arsenal supporter.
After almost 10 years of living with a progressive liver disease, I was incredibly grateful to receive a liver transplant in 2019. Needless to say, I am a passionate advocate for organ donation.
I have been married to my wonderful wife Despina since 2006, we have two children, and since 2003 I have maintained this site and blog.
